On Time
We are on a tight and busy schedule Monday thru Friday, we will always be on time, so we please ask that you are too. When booking your trip please make sure you make prior arrangements to be ready for pickup at least 10 minutes before.
Permits Ready
Since our trips do consist of border crossing from Juarez to El Paso and vice versa, we ask that you please have your permits ready and printed out before boarding one of our vehicles. If you don’t have your permit yet, you can apply for one here. Please complete, print and bring with you on the trips.
Security
Apart from striving for speed and punctuality, security and safety of our customers matter a lot to us. If you are bringing guests with you on the trip please indicate how many in the form below. For any emergency information, or notifications please give us a call at our number here.
